I have been working on this project now for 8 months all alone. I have a version 0.1.1 that I believe is working. Now when I say working, I mean working to the point that you can install it on a server. Log in as the administrator and set up defaults and such. Log in on the client side, register a user as either a bidder, seller or both. That user can bid on auctions, create auctions, win auctions, and pay for fees with paypal. You can set up paypal standard and paypal express. I have not tested the paypal integration live, only in the sandbox. Many of the features are not implemented fully or at all just yet and you will see which ones are not by obvious errors. I will continue to work on the project to implement more and add new features.

If you would like to contribute to the project, please feel free. I am tired of working alone and would welcome some help, in frontend bootstrap, fontawesome, javascript and jquery, php, html and css.
