chassisToggleDriveCommand does not work with gimbalChaseCommand (auto aim command)

I'm guessing this bug has something to do with the command scheduler functions being used in the toggle drive command. gimbalChaseCommand does successfully work with the chassisManualDriveCommand, chassisTokyoCommand, and chassisFollowGimbalCommand.
