Installation

There are a number of steps required to setup the site.

1. Checkout from GitHub
2. Install required software
   1. Install R
   2. Install Perl
   3. JHDF5
   4. AffyPowerTools
   5. Install Ensembl Perl API
   6. Insall Circos
   7. Install MEME
3. Download and install additional datafiles
   1. Affy Power Tools Probeset Files
   2. Create Directories
4. Configure files
5. Compile
