fix: nerves target on macos host

A dirty fix when compiling for a nerves system in a darwin host.

With a good & g'old disclaimer that it works on my machine (M2).

Should fix #49.

Thanks for the PR, this looks like a good start. Would we also need to check uname -m === arm64 to ensure it's an arm Mac and not an older non-arm mac?
