Summary

add offline test runner and necessary stub modules
fix KnowledgeGraph model defaults and update helper FHIR validation
allow raw dict attributes when inserting into ontology-backed graph
update test fixtures to run atomic operations and stub node lookup
create lightweight pytest replacement for running unit tests

python run_tests.py
