Add superscalar-mcp — a Bitcoin Lightning channel factory MCP server with 4 tools for protocol overview, UTXO savings estimation, architecture deep-dives, and resource links. Based on SuperScalar, which onboards N users into one shared UTXO with no soft fork required. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
