This exe identify the events in the gxdlms push mode and generate the counts results.
Use the GXDLMS translator for all push data decryption.
Steps to proceed:-

Click to translate:
This will show data on the right
Copy whole data into txt.
Open the app and selct the file location.
Result will be shown as below:-
