Added localization support
Added English and Traditional Chinese
Since preferences is not available now,
it will only load language from
config.iniwhen it boot up添加了本地化支持
添加了英文和繁体中文
因为首选项还不能用，
现在只会在启动的时候从
config.ini加载语言
