Overview
Updates backend/packages.json to source VirtoCommerce.AzureAD from the AzureBlob feed as VirtoCommerce.AzureAD_3.1000.0.zip, and removes the previous GithubReleases entry for AzureAD (was 3.805.0).

Also includes minor JSON formatting cleanup and leaves the file without a trailing newline.
