Similar scripts as those used for helicity analysis. Can run everything using runfakerate.sh (bash script because this is what I had, it could be converted into python ).
This calls w-mass-13TeV/make_fake_rates_data.py which eventually runs w-mass-13TeV/dataFakeRateLite.py
The latter is just supposed to create TH3 histograms (eta-pt-PassId) with the yields for numerator and denominator. These can be used with other scripts to make the actual fake rate graphs vs eta-pt (it used to be done with utilityMacros/src/makeFakeRateGraphPlotsAndSmoothing.py)
It works out of the box, although it will need updates once we have the final set of ntuples for data and MC
