towards a more Shape-Up like workflow the main task template can be simplified to just What and Why. Any more info that is required for the task should be added during the shaping processs.

Moving towards a more Shape-Up like workflow the main task template can be simplified to just What and Why. Any more info that is required for the task should be added during the shaping processs.

Removed the doc and spike issue templates and simplified the features template into a task template with just What and Why as placeholders to create a ticket.
