Motivation
over_react depends on transformer_utils, meaning whenever we want to update dependencies (especially
analyzer), we have to first update transformer_utils and release it, and makes the process more tedious.transformer_utils is almost exclusively used by over_react internals, with the exception of the
stringLiteralfuntion being used in a couple places in private Workiva repos (and can just be copied over). GitHub searchSo there's not much benefit in it being a separate package, and for a while I've been wanting to combine it into over_react to make life easier.
