wavcontainers now store the type of the sound (music / sound)

made it so you dont need to have a Json file to store the data, you can also make the data at runtime

Custom Sound System now complete!

feel free to add it to neomodloader

custom sound is now practically identical to in-game sound, now the in-game sound slider also changes the volume of custom sounds
modders can now edit the channelcontainer at runtime, (edit the volume, channel speed) stuff like that
