1 character fix that somehow fixes localization for NCMS buttons

Are you sure it works? I searched through PowerButton class and found it should be

LM.AddToCurrentLocale(name.Underscore(), title);
LM.AddToCurrentLocale(name.Underscore() + "_description", description);
