Last release was a little half baked. This should fix the issues.

Improved Help and Pause Resume Functionality

@doc82 aka Veska has added some new features including:

• Pause/Resume Fucntionality
• Improved help menu segemented by groupings
• A contraband flag that can be added on a per delivery basis, which means you could gain the advantage of tax free earnings on a neutral planet, for example, while still being a law abiding citizen on governed worlds.

Add more commands to "ap help"

Some features weren't documented in the help menu. Added them here.

Namely how to show/hide the GUI, and the update command.

Huge Update - GUI + modular ship/route/manifest system

This update is immense. I've battle tested most of these new features, but the biggest overall is interacting with the system via a GUI. Hopefully it's intuitive, more instructions to come later and possibly a tutorial video. I'm releasing this version to mostly to test the auto update functionality that I just added.

Fixed initialization issue.. really this time

During development I always had an autopilot namespace variable active, so I missed this. When loading the package it was failing to load the saved namespace because it was an uninitialized table if it didn't already exist.

AutoPilot Initial Release

Initial release.. may have bugs or be less intuitive than it should be, but this is the start to getting feedback for improvements.
