Remove the how-to tutorial infrastructure and pub-sub tutorial content: - Delete how-tos/pub-sub directory and src/pages/docs/how-to/pub-sub.tsx - Remove HowToHtml and HowToSourceFile GraphQL types - Remove how-tos source processing from onCreateNode - Remove how-to route configuration from onCreatePage - Remove gatsby-plugin-root-import how-tos path and gatsby-source-filesystem config
