Update sheets: 2025-12-28

Updates the sheets to 2025.12.23.0000.0000 and https://github.com/xivapi/SaintCoinach/tree/0b22b78f97951bb66bfa78fb561aa4c7bf7af7cd.

I ran cargo build after this and verified that the sheets compile.

Oh... the upstream sheets are so out of date that running the generator again isn't super useful, I think. That's unfortunate.

y...eah. sorry. the generated sheets / generator in general are pretty stale - most of my effort has been focused on boilmaster, which doesn't use statically generated data like this.

by and large, the community has moved over to EXDSchema instead of saint coinach for schemas. ideally, the generator should be updated across to use those (the schema package supports it already), with some automation so folk don't need to kick me around to fix it.

in saying that, there's a... admittedly, a little stale and in need of more work, but still... work on a v1 release of ironworks that will notably change the API - so i'm hesitant on building out too much infra for generators until i get off my ass and land that.
