- Initialize _ocp4_workload_openshift_ai_installed_operator_csv with empty string
- Add conditional check to prevent undefined variable error
- Support both OpenShift AI 2.25 and 3.0 versions
- Fixes error when rhods-operator CSV is not found in loop
