This endpoint has very brief downtimes which causes deployments to fail. Here is an example: https://aap2-prod-us-east-2.aap.infra.demo.redhat.com/#/jobs/playbook/1827073/output The endpoint was up shortly after. This provisioning failure could've been avoided with some retries.
