Explain about Covalent rewards
Help navigating server, list main channels
Display information in multiple languages

Bot can't:

Understand raw speech

Installation

Install requirements from requirements.txt for Python 3
Generate local files via ./generate-locales.sh
Start bot via python bot.py
Start using bot via sending faq.help command
