Add 3 MCP Servers and covercraft documentation to nanda-servers

This PR introduces three new components to the nanda-servers folder:

1. mcp-web-crawler: A service that crawls any provided URL, extracting and processing web content for analysis.

2. mcp-linkedin-jobs: A specialized scraper that retrieves the latest job listings from LinkedIn, formatted for easy integration with our existing systems.

3. mcp-latex-pdf: A conversion utility that transforms LaTeX documents into PDF format, maintaining formatting and structure integrity.

Each of these 3 MCP servers includes a folder called covercraft , which includes submission documentation.
