En el siguiente trabajo se analizan los modelos sensibles al costo mediante la metodolog��a metacost para
el an�alisis del churn o tasa de rotaci�on de una empresa de televisi�on por suscripci�on Dicho an�alisis
empieza desde la descripci�on del churn como m�etrica empresarial, para luego mostrar una construcci�on
de los modelos sensibles al costo aplicando metacost y concluir la efectividad del mismo con respecto a
otros modelos.
