Sorry this is just a big grab bag of changes I've been making to add functionality needed for my picosite SSG that I;'m using to create the PDF version of the picoTracker user manual.
I'm not sure if if would make sense to merge this or any parts of this PR, but thought I'd open it here in case it was useful to you or others. It includes adding to the new "v2 engine" support for headers being automatically added to the PDF TOC which I've mentioned previously in #47 as well as support for using styles via html span elements with a given class and block styles for things like "callouts".
Unfortunately I havent yet documented all this properly as Im still in the phase of building out all the functionality I need for the user manual in picosite, but I do plan to do that once Im done with that.
