add shot_sum and shot_num to messages

• Calculate the shot_sum, which is the complete set of integrated frames for a shot cycle
• Add shot_num and shot_sum to websocket output
• Display "Shot Sum", a continuously changing but not growing image and "Shot Sum", an integer showing the current shot.
