Remove comments from camel-jolokia-starter - I put a comment in b27c06e to mark the dependency as possibly temporary (I was unsure of whether this dependency should be compile scope in jolokia or whether we should have a spring-boot-actuator-autoconfigure dependency in camel-jolokia-starter).
The Jolokia issue has been closed and that dependency will remain as provided scope in jolokia, we need to keep the spring-boot-actuator-autoconfigure dependency so we should clean up the comment.
