Please describe your PR in detail:

  • This PR adds integration smoke tests for STS tokens with Ranger. It builds on the initial framework by @adoroszlai and adds STS tests. The scripts were updated to support either full Apache Ranger releases or Apache Ranger snapshot build (currently Ranger 2.8.0 is needed for STS but it is not released yet). It temporarily supports snapshot builds in Ozone pom.xml so the requisite Ranger Docker images can be used.
  • This PR depends on https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/9343/files and follow-on changes after that.

updating local branch with requisite changes and running the smoke tests
