Document SSH-based clone in the release procedure and explicitly exclude local virtual environments from Hatchling sdist and wheel builds. This prevents accidental leakage of `.venv*` directories into release artifacts. Signed-off-by: Antonio Paolillo <apaolill@gmail.com>
