Fix MCP Inspector usage and debugging instructions for Apollo MCP Server

The troubleshooting documentation showed incorrect MCP Inspector syntax that doesn't work with Apollo MCP Server, which is a Rust binary rather than a Node.js-based server.

Changes

• MCP Inspector debugging: Split into two scenarios

  • rover dev (primary): npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector http://127.0.0.1:8000/mcp --transport http
  • Standalone binary: npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector apollo-mcp-server /path/to/config.yaml

• Debug logging: Distinguish between deployment methods

  • rover dev: Use APOLLO_ROUTER_LOG=debug
  • Standalone binary: Use APOLLO_MCP_LOG_LEVEL=debug

• Connection troubleshooting: Add health check verification and clarify when binary installation is relevant

Example

Before:

npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector apollo-mcp-server ./config.yaml

After:

# With rover dev (most common)
rover dev --supergraph-config supergraph.yaml --mcp .apollo/mcp.local.yaml
npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector http://127.0.0.1:8000/mcp --transport http

# With standalone binary
npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector apollo-mcp-server /path/to/config.yaml
