Hello! How to init SD card by other pins (software SPI)? I just see only CS pin definition, but what about rest in ESP32? I have different MOSI MISO SCK and CS pin as in example |

What is the proper way to do dav.init using SD ESP32 library |

Allow to run the WebDAV Server on ESP32 without SDFat.h. While SDFat is superior in terms of performance, it is not supported officially on ESP32 and might also interfere with with other parts of a bigger project that is using the vendor SD.h.
This PR adds a the variable
USE_SDFAT. If it is set, the existing code is used to rely on SDFat.h. In case it is not set the function calls of the vendor SD.h are used. This is untested on ESP8266 since I have no appropriate hardware at hand.
