SecureFileApp License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you and SecureFileApp regarding the use of the SecureFileApp software. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. License Grant:
   SecureFileApp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or business purposes in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions:
   You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
   You may not distribute, sublicense, or transfer the software to any third party.
   You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership:
   SecureFileApp retains all ownership rights to the software. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Warranty Disclaimer:
   The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SecureFileApp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability:
   SecureFileApp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software.

6. Termination:
   This license is effective until terminated. SecureFileApp may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. Governing Law:
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].

By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the software.
