Add tests for: * no refresh token * connection fails * AbortSignal is aborted before fetch completes
In some situations it is useful to be able to provide a heading to the ErrorCard component. This heading can be a string or a signal containing a string.
To keep it DRY, re-use the LoadingSuspense component to handle showing a spinner whilst the manifest is being loaded.
