This commit addresses several issues with the trending report and the test suite. - The trending report is now sorted by change, from positive to negative. - The headers for the trending report have been updated to be shorter and more descriptive. - The test suite no longer deletes the entire config directory during teardown, which was causing the `config/config.dist.sh` file to be deleted.
