Adds the same pull-to-refresh gesture already used on the Home page to the ListView page, giving mobile users a consistent refresh UX across all list views.

Adds pull-to-refresh gesture on the ListView page for mobile users.
The Home page already had pull-to-refresh — this brings the same UX to individual list views using the existing
usePullToRefreshhook andPullToRefreshIndicatorcomponent. Since Convex is reactive, this is primarily a UX gesture with haptic feedback.
