Description of changes: Removes the UnmountLocalSSD module from the init.toml configuration file to stop the opportunistic unmounting of the internal storage.

Note for customers using their own modified version of init.toml and finding this PR while debugging: remove the same section from your init.toml if you find diskarbitrationd related commands stalling at boot (eg: mount, diskutil, Disk Utility.app)
