Addition "gift" into Smartstone Implementation

• Now you able to gift costumes, combat pets or normal pets.
  Requirements: That you're logged in, that you select a character to send from and a character to send to.

The title and body should start with $Character has sent you $item.

• This has not been tested.

I can't get this to work and im unsure if it's just the submodule not updating correctly for the other cms because i cant test it locally
