Support for up to four ATIS in vatSys.
Note VATSIM code of conduct C7(a): A controller may make no more than four additional connections to the VATSIM Network to provide an airport voice ATIS at facilities which have an ATIS in real life.
This plugin is included by default in the Australia and Pacific profiles.
