This restructures a copy of the D&C json to match the same books -> chapters -> verses hierarchy as seen in the other jsons; all with the goal of facilitating parsing by making one standard parsing script work to fetch data from all included jsons. (Given that D&C is currently holds a long list of sections)
The book tag divides the json into chunks of 25 sections. (ie: 1-25, 26-50, etc.)
