Updates
Here I'll be posting updates about progress, issues, release dates, and much more, so come here once in a while to see what's new!
I'll try and keep this as up-to-date as I possibly can. If I can't, read commit messages for more information on updates, since I might forget to post here.
- Finally abandoning usage of GPT so I can actually focus on this without the help of an outside assistance, especially an AI.
- On a more minor subject, this update didn't really include much. Debug UI now has functional buttons and I've added a little multiplier counter.
- I'm also planning on completely rearranging the code into separate files to stay organized and make working on this much more efficiently. For now, everything's in
Form1.cs, however I'll start rearranging and renaming files as soon as I begin on this. - 1 COMMIT yesterday from the minute changes and additions to the program, though not sure when my next commit will be
- I've tried to implement a multiplier, it's going a little bit downhill so far.
- ChatGPT kinda succeed in giving me the code for one, but I'm improving it. GPT was confidently correct in several ways, check below. GPT also decided to read my comment about removing the debug menu, so all buttons on the debug page have been removed from the code, which I guess did me a favor.
- On topic of that, yes, I am implementing a debug console rather than a UI for it. Thanks to GPT for kinda helping out with that. I'll keep you updated on that
- NO COMMITS for today, I'm working on reverting all of GPT's mishaps and other stuff, so unfortunately I won't be committing anything today ;(
