Pull Request Overview
This PR fixes Markdown link formatting in the documentation index file. All links were incorrectly formatted with parentheses and brackets reversed, and the changes correct them to use proper Markdown syntax.
- Converted incorrect link syntax
(text)[url]to correct Markdown syntax[text](url)for all hyperlinks - Added a proper link to the "Getting Started" section
- Fixed citation links to ADS abstracts
- Fixed GitHub repository and issues links
