Alfa test v1.2test1 release

Win32 and MacOs ports are tested.

• The old asmb, simb was updated with small fixes.
• A completely rewritten simulator added. The fresh SDL2 based GUI first version is this The new tool is only for simulation of the system.
• New charset is added (new characters. 13x16 pixel font)
• Joystick / arrow button part is rewritten, and earlier bugs are fixed.
• Resizable display
• Buserror / exception capability to catch earlier a wrong port access. (accessig higher addresses, accessing unimplemented registers)
• Based on previous experiences an advanced debug, trace and statistics capability is added (visualization not yet implemented)

This MacOs dmg version starts the emulator, without any argument one of the example bin file will be loaded. It works from command line as well. Very experimental ! (probably SDL appropriate version is needed, etc)
