What does this PR do?
This PR updates SDK to the latest 0.0.89 to use new
useLocaleMessages, and alongside with the update, it adds the newindex.jsonin order to make it properly workCloses Issue(s)
Once the PR from the CORE resolving CORS problem is merged, this PR will close #48
