This repository is there to track the various data and analyses related to the
siRNA seed match grpah analysis.

Currently this includes (* = will include):
 - 3' UTR graphs
	- alignment of 6/7/8-mer seeds against human 3' UTR sequences
	- parsing of resulting alignments
	- graph analysis
