This PR updates the
tested-withdeclaration (inmonoid-subclasses.cabal) to include the following GHC versions:9.6.69.8.49.10.129.12.1In addition, this PR regenerates
haskell-ci.ymlso that CI will compile and test with these versions of GHC.
