Even though unburrowed Lurkers can't be ordered to Hold Fire in-game, I still get an unbound error if this isn't set

There are entries for "EvolveFrenzy" but those don't seem to apply in-game and when I set it in-game this is what I get

These are necessary for #56 but are cleaner to put here
