This PR creates a whole fresh new version of the book with MyST.
Included here are lots of small improvements to the visuals (e.g. better use of admonitions) as well as first stabs at using MyST capabilities for glossary terms, abbreviations, etc.
Also, this PR switches the GitHub Actions over to use Project Pythia's reusable cookbook actions.
