1. Copy ansible.cfg and ssh.cfg in root of the project.
2. Create a playbook to copy opentack.pem in /var/lib/awx/.ssh/ directory. Use localhost as host in inventory and for credential User: 'awx' and Type: machine. Do not need to specify any password or ssh keys in credentials as the connection used from ansible tower to connect to itslef will be using local as connection instead of ssh.
