This PR copies the approach of #168 for the remaining libs that we migrated to
charmlibs. I've added a deprecation notice to the docstring of each lib and bumpedLIBPATCHto force Charmhub to update.I've added a general deprecation warning to the repo README (preview).
The test failures are unrelated to my changes.
