Various fixes

Problem

• On the Timesheets page, when the day level is enabled, changing the year can fail the data loading.
• The studio combobox and the department combobox are not consistent on the "All" label.
• Some npm dependencies are outdated.

Solution

• Fix invalid month issue when changing year with Day level enabled.
• Harmonize the department and studio comboboxes.
• Bump npm dependencies.
