I suggested changes for consistency and to ask for clarification on some of the changes.

We used to have the calendar to coordinate the zoom room with other podcasts - this hasn't been the case for several years now.
I personally haven't used the CHAOSScast calendar recently and I wonder whether we can sunset it.

| A host is responsible for an individual episode. It is their role to find and confirm potential guests, develop the episode content, agree a recording time, onboard the guests, record the episode and submit it for editing (or they can ask a producer to do that part). Co-hosting is also possible and, in this case, the tasks are shared. At the moment, our usual hosts are also the producers: | ||

| ### Panelists |

I still use a list of panelists. These are CHAOTICS who agreed to be on the podcast every now and then when a topic interests them. I would reach out to them when I confirmed a guest so that we have a more lively conversation.
One of the main reasons I do this is to avoid all-male discussion. Further down, we write that we have 2-3 co-hosts; to me there is 1 host + 1-2 panelists + guest. The separate role of panelists was devised because they don't organize anything; they only join a recording when they are available and interested.
What should we do about panelists? Let's discuss.

Ah, well I never have the problem of being part of an all male discussion, so it didn't occur to me that this was one of its functions! I have not been using the model of panellists, but happy to keep this idea going and re-adopt it a bit more.
