A rebased version of #323 by @ecraven. Furthermore, I added entries to the release notes.

  • Updating CSUG §7.3 and §7.4 (any others?)
  • Making these extensions disabled in input streams after #!r6rs
  • Adding tests to mats/ (?)

R7RS: Add #\null -> #\nul and #\escape -> #\esc.
